About
I’m Pratik Jagtap, a Senior Product Designer with 4.5+ years of experience building and optimizing B2B SaaS, enterprise workflow, fintech, and commerce platforms. I hold a Master’s degree in Product Design from MIT Institute of Design, Pune, with a strong foundation in systems thinking, behavioral design, and structured problem-solving.
I operate at the intersection of product strategy and interaction architecture, specializing in transforming ambiguous business objectives into modular information architecture, role-aware workflows, and scalable product systems.
My thinking approach is principle-led and outcome-driven. I begin by reframing problems into measurable hypotheses, mapping user behavior against business intent, and identifying leverage points where UX can influence activation, efficiency, and adoption. My core focus is on reducing cognitive load, clarifying decision hierarchy, and designing guided systems that improve task confidence in high-stakes environments.
I am comfortable in 0→1 and growth-stage environments, partnering closely with product and engineering to balance speed, feasibility, and long-term scalability. My goal is not just to design interfaces, but to structure product systems that perform under complexity and drive measurable business outcomes.
My Design Philosophy
Great products are not built by solving interface problems alone—they are built by understanding people, business goals, technology constraints, and operational realities as a connected system. My approach combines product strategy, systems thinking, user research, and interaction design to transform complex challenges into intuitive experiences. I focus on creating solutions that improve adoption, drive measurable outcomes, and remain scalable as products evolve.
